  • 1.2lb local honey
  • 1.5g crystal hops
  • 1.5g Saaz

2019/12/17 Transferred to secondary with hops added and stored in garage
2020/04/19 Bottled with 1/4 c priming sugar, 1tsp. rose water and 1/2tsp. fiori di Sicilia
